Company Description
DOCOL Group is a trusted partner and leader, is spearheading the construction of a luxury 5-star hotel and mall complex (100,000m²) in Mogadishu. This prestigious project, designed to UAE’s 5-star classification, will revolutionize the region’s hospitality and retail industry. Located near the AMISOM Green Zone, it provides a secure and well-managed work environment. Key Responsibilities:
✔Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, rate analysis and tender documents.
✔Calculate the quantities of all items and prepare the material log sheet.
✔Prepare the payment invoice/certificate and follow up with the client.
✔Check the payment invoice of the subcontractor and certify.
✔Manage contracts and procurement processes with suppliers and subcontractors.
✔Monitor project costs, track variations, and provide timely financial reports.
✔Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
✔Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and project specifications.
✔Conduct risk assessments and value engineering to optimize project expenditure.
✔Support smooth project delivery by forecasting costs and managing cash flow.
Qualifications & Experience:
✔ Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or Structural Design.
✔ Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Structural Draftsman in high rise building or infrastructure projects.
✔ Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related drafting tools.
✔ Solid understanding of structural elements, reinforcement detailing, and BBS preparation.
✔ Familiarity with MEP coordination drawings and construction documentation standards.
✔ Excellent attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.
