Qualification | Bachelor’s in or a higher degree in civil engineering is required, post graduate qualifications in areas relevant to the position requirements is desirable, a master’s degree would be an asset & may compensate for 2 of the required years of experience (essential). Professional certification in engineering from a recognized institution (essential). |
Sector experience | Minimum of 7 year/s of demonstrable relevant experience in civil engineering including substantial experience in urban roads construction supervision or / & construction contracts management experience (essential). |
Geographical experience | Minimum of 7 year/s of experience in Somalia (essential). |
Languages | Fluent in English (essential). Fluent in Somali (essential). |
