Docol Group is seeking a highly experienced Plumbing Technician to oversee and execute plumbing installations for the Sima Hotel & Mall project. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and a proven track record in large-scale hospitality or mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams for plumbing layouts.

Ensure all plumbing work complies with building codes, health and safety standards.

Collaborate with MEP engineers and construction teams to coordinate timelines and inspections.

Conduct pressure tests and troubleshoot system malfunctions.
Requirements

Certification or diploma in Plumbing Technology or related field.

10+ years of hands-on experience in commercial or hotel construction projects.

Proficiency with installation of water heaters, piping systems, valves, and pumps.

Strong understanding of international plumbing codes and safety practices.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

English language required; Somali language is a plus.
