Pharmaceutical & Medical Supplies Sales Manager

A private pharmaceutical and medical supplies company based in Hargeisa is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to expand its customer base across pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products and medical supplies to pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers in Hargeisa and surrounding areas
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; identify and onboard new customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets; provide regular reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends
• Coordinate order collection, delivery, and payment follow-up
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, or a related health field, OR proven sales experience — preferably with existing relationships across pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Somali and English
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field
• Must be based in Hargeisa with ability to travel locally
