A+ Solution is seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Technician to join our team in Mogadishu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile phones and other handheld devices. This role requires a deep understanding of mobile hardware and software systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
· Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in mobile devices (Android, iOS, etc.)
· Repair or replace damaged phone parts including screens, batteries, charging ports, and other components
· Perform software updates, data recovery, and virus removal
· Maintain accurate records of customer repairs and device history
· Conduct functionality tests before and after repairs to ensure device performance
· Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding their devices
Preferred Skills
· Proven experience as a mobile technician.
· Technical certification or diploma in electronics, telecommunications, or related field preferred
· Strong knowledge of mobile device hardware and software
· Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment
· Good understanding of mobile operating systems and firmware
· Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Experience repairing both Android and iOS devices
· Familiarity with mobile unlocking tools and flashing firmware
· Knowledge of micro-soldering techniques is a plus
· Able to understand and speak in English is an advantage
