Docol Group is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Technician with over 10 years of proven experience to join our dynamic team for the prestigious Sima Hotel & Mall project. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems, ensuring seamless and efficient operations throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Install and maintain mechanical equipment including HVAC, pumps, motors, and piping systems.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical schematics.

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance routines.

Coordinate with engineers and site managers to resolve technical issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards.
Requirements

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical works for high-rise or large-scale commercial projects.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and safety procedures.

Ability to work independently and manage workload under pressure.

Effective communication skills in English.
