Docol Group is seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman to lead and supervise masonry activities for the prestigious Sima Hotel & Mall project. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing masonry crews on large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily masonry operations including blockwork, bricklaying, plastering, and finishing.

Interpret project drawings and specifications to guide masonry teams.

Ensure quality workmanship, adherence to safety protocols, and efficient workflow.

Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain daily progress reports and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale masonry work.

Experience in high-rise building and 5-star hotel construction is mandatory.

Must be able to read, understand, and implement masonry blueprints and architectural drawings.

Proven track record in managing masonry teams and delivering work on time and to specification.

Diploma, certification, or trade qualification in masonry or building construction.

Fluency in English is required.
