Docol Group is seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman to lead and supervise masonry activities for the prestigious Sima Hotel & Mall project. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing masonry crews on large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily masonry operations including blockwork, bricklaying, plastering, and finishing.

Interpret project drawings and specifications to guide masonry teams.

Ensure quality workmanship, adherence to safety protocols, and efficient workflow.

Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain daily progress reports and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements

Diploma or certification.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in masonry work with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Strong understanding of masonry techniques, materials, and tools.

Ability to read technical drawings and implement design specifications.

Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Prior experience in commercial or hospitality projects is preferred.
