Docol Group is looking for a highly skilled Mason Specialist with over 10 years of hands-on experience in complex masonry work. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of structural and architectural masonry tasks for the Sima Hotel & Mall project, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and quality.
Key Responsibilities

Execute detailed masonry works including block, brick, and stone installations.

Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to follow design specifications.

Maintain alignment, level, and plumb structures according to project plans.

Collaborate with site engineers and foremen to ensure deadlines and safety measures are met.

Apply finishing techniques with precision and efficiency.
Requirements

Minimum 10 years of professional masonry experience.

Proven experience in high-rise building and 5-star hotel construction is mandatory.

Must be able to read, interpret, and implement blueprints and construction designs.

Strong portfolio of completed commercial or hospitality-related masonry work.

Relevant vocational training or masonry certification preferred.

Fluency in English is required.
