Docol Group is currently hiring a Local National HR Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or administration. This role will support HR operations at the local level and ensure alignment with company policies, recruitment efforts, and employee relations for our Sima Hotel & Mall project.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities, onboarding, and staff documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Facilitate internal communications and support employee relations.
Coordinate with department leads on workforce needs.
Assist with policy enforcement and day-to-day HR matters.
Act as a liaison between local staff and HR management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of HR or administrative experience.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in Somali and English is required.
Somali nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
