Docol Group is seeking a qualified Finance Administrator with a minimum of five years of experience to join our project finance team for the prestigious Sima Hotel & Mall project. The role involves managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining financial records, processing payments, and supporting overall financial reporting for the project.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Assist in payroll preparation and related administrative duties.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Support budgeting and expense tracking for the project.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments on financial matters.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Fluency in English and Somali is required.
