Docol Group is seeking a skilled Equipment Operator II with a minimum of 5 years of experience to support construction operations on the Sima Hotel & Mall project. The selected candidate will assist in operating mid-sized equipment and contribute to the overall safety and productivity of the construction site.
Key Responsibilities

Operate construction equipment such as skid steers, compactors, and backhoes as directed.

Conduct daily inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Follow safety guidelines and operational instructions from site supervisors.

Maintain clear communication with team members and report any equipment malfunctions.

Support general construction activities when not operating machinery.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience operating mid-sized construction equipment.

Understanding of safety regulations and on-site operational procedures.

Good physical condition and ability to work in demanding environments.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Fluency in English is required.
