Docol Group is hiring a skilled Civil Foreman with over 8 years of hands-on experience in managing and supervising civil works. The selected candidate will lead on-site teams to ensure that construction activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to the approved plans and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities on-site.

Ensure timely execution of structural and architectural works as per project schedule.

Manage labor teams, subcontractors, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Interpret construction drawings and provide guidance to the workforce.

Monitor materials, tools, and site resources to avoid delays or shortages.
Requirements

Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in civil construction, preferably on high-rise or commercial projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Fluent in English.
