Job Summary
Docol Group is seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to lead and manage civil construction activities on our major projects across East Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising structural works, interpreting technical drawings, ensuring compliance with safety and design standards, and delivering quality construction outcomes on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of civil works including concrete, masonry, and finishing tasks

Interpret and implement architectural, structural, and shop drawings

Supervise site teams, ensuring quality control, safety, and productivity

Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project management teams

Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues in real-time
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or hospitality projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management software

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to work in multicultural and fast-paced environments
