Job Summary
Docol Group is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and the flow of materials across major construction and logistics projects. The role requires hands-on leadership to ensure timely distribution, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels

Coordinate warehouse staff and assign daily duties

Enforce safety, cleanliness, and material handling standards

Liaise with procurement and project teams to align logistics
Requirements

High school diploma; degree/diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred

Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role

Strong knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse procedures

Proficient in material handling and warehouse equipment

Effective communication and team leadership skills; fluent in spoken English
