Docol Group is seeking a reliable Steel Fixer Supervisor to lead rebar installation teams on complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure proper execution of reinforcement works in accordance with structural drawings, safety standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise cutting, bending, and fixing of steel reinforcement

Interpret rebar schedules and structural drawings accurately

Assign tasks and oversee the work of steel fixers and laborers

Enforce safety procedures and monitor site compliance

Coordinate inspections and collaborate with site engineers
Requirements

High school diploma; technical training in steel fixing is preferred

Minimum 5 years of steel fixing experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role

Proficient in rebar installation and structural interpretation

Ability to manage teams under demanding site conditions

Fluent spoken English for communication and reporting
