🚧 We’re Hiring: Water Engineer – Lead Dam Construction Projects On-Site! 🌊
Are you a skilled engineer with hands-on experience in large-scale water infrastructure projects? We are seeking a Water Engineer to lead the execution of dam construction, oversee on-site activities, and manage the technical team.
This is a key leadership role for someone with both technical expertise and strong field management skills.
🔨 Key Responsibilities:
➡️Lead the execution and supervision of dam construction activities on-site
➡️Coordinate and manage the technical team and contractors
➡️Ensure project milestones, safety, and quality standards are met
➡️Review and implement technical drawings, designs, and specifications
➡️Liaise with engineering consultants, project managers, and stakeholders
➡️Provide solutions to on-site technical challenges
🎓 Qualifications:
✅️Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Hydraulic Engineering
(Master’s degree in Water Engineering is a strong advantage)
✅️Proven experience in dam construction or large-scale water infrastructure projects
✅️Strong leadership and decision-making abilities in field environments
✅️Excellent understanding of technical drawings, construction methods, and materials
✅️Familiar with site safety regulations and quality assurance procedures
✅️Strong communication and team coordination skills
