The organization is committed to playing a pivotal role in reduction of poverty existing amongst poor rural communities Our target communities are marginalized and minority groups These communities are perceived to be the most vulnerable members of the Somalia society. RCC therefore strives to work by empowering communities to attain sustainable Livelihoods.

✅Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Vocal Representative to serve as the organization’s official voice in Walawayn. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the organization and the community, attending all coordination meetings, representing the organization actively, and ensuring effective communication and engagement within the district.

✅ Duties and Responsibilities

· Represent the organization at all meetings and coordination events within Walawayn.

· Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and local stakeholders.

· Communicate organizational goals, updates, and initiatives to the community.

· Gather feedback and insights from community members to inform organizational strategies.

· Participate actively in all activities and events related to the organization’s work in the dis Promote the organization’s mission and values within the community.

· Report regularly to the organization regarding district developments and concerns.

✅ Qualifications

Education:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in English

· 2-3 years of relevant experience

· Strong understanding of the local community and cultural context.

· Ability to attend meetings and events regularly.

· Enthusiastic, responsible, and proactive attitude.

· Previous experience in community engagement or representation is a plus.
