Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative – Tech Solutions, based in Banaadir, Somalia.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business development initiatives.
Daily duties include identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting tailored tech solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with proven experience selling tech services and digital products, particularly within the Somali market. The ideal candidate will manage the full sales cycle, drive revenue growth, and play a key role in shaping Techzone’s market strategy.

Responsibilities
- Build and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Identify, source, and close new business across corporate, NGO, and government sectors.
- Conduct direct sales activities including prospecting, meetings, demos, proposals, and negotiations.
- Nurture and expand key accounts and partnerships to increase revenue.
- Lead and mentor junior sales or marketing team members when required.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align on product-market fit, campaigns, and client needs.
Must Have

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Experience in account management and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Proven sales performance with the ability to meet or exceed targets.

Expertise in business development and identifying new market opportunities.

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Prior experience in the technology or digital services industry is an advantage.

Knowledge and practical experience using CRM and Project Management systems.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Proven experience in the local Somali market is highly preferred.
