Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in establishing and managing beauty clinic operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in setting up our facilities from the ground up and scaling operations efficiently as the business grows. This is a leadership role ideal for a passionate, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinic Setup & Expansion:
- Lead the setup of new clinics, including location planning, licensing, infrastructure, and staffing.
- Implement operational systems and SOPs from scratch.
Daily Operations Management:
- Oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of multiple clinics to ensure high standards of service, efficiency, and hygiene.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional client service.
- Develop performance management systems and staff scheduling practices.
Inventory & Resource Management:
- Manage procurement and inventory of supplies, products, and equipment.
- Ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight:
- Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.
Customer Experience & Quality Control:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
- Monitor feedback and continuously improve service offerings.
Business Growth Strategy:
- Work closely with the executive team to identify growth opportunities and expand service lines.
- Provide insights into trends in the beauty/wellness industry and adapt operations accordingly.
Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience in operations management within the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
- Strong background in setting up and scaling beauty clinics or similar facilities.
