Responsibilities:
– Conduct professional meetings and presentations to healthcare professionals (HCPs), showcasing our products’ therapeutic value and advantages.
– Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
– Negotiate and secure contracts with healthcare institutions and purchasing groups.
– Provide accurate and up-to-date scientific information about our products to HCPs.
– Gather feedback from HCPs and market research to inform product development and marketing strategies
– Analyze competitor activity and market trends to develop competitive selling strategies.
– Maintain detailed records, track metrics, and prepare reports on sales performance.
– Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest medical knowledge and regulations.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs based on trust and professionalism.
Skills and qualifications
The candidate should have:
– Degree in Pharmacy or MBBS
– Professional experience of 1 years minimum in the pharmaceutical or health industry.
– Fluent in the English language, both written and oral.
– Knowledge of basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
– Proficiency in riding a motorbike will be considered an added advantage for job selection
