✅ Waajibaadka iyo Masuuliyadaha Duties and Responsibilities
· Isku-dubaridka qiimaynta baahida tababbar ee dhammaan shaqaalaha.
· La shaqaynta Maamulayaasha/Kormeerayaasha si loo diyaariyo qorshayaal tababbar ee shaqaale kasta, kuwaas oo hay’adaha ka caawinaya gaarista hadafyada dhow iyo kuwa fog.
· Jawdwalaynta tababaradda iyo barnaamijyada horumarineed ee guud ahaan shaqaalaha.
· Bixinta tababbaro ku saabsan mawduucyo kala duwan oo la xiriira shaqooyinka loo igmaday shaqaalaha.
· Ka qeybqaadashada diyaarinta manhajka tababarka (Training Curriculum) – muddada gaaban, muddada dhexe iyo fog, tababar joogto ah, tababbar shaqo-gudban (On-the-Job Training) iyo tababbarka hoggaanka sare (Executive Leadership Training) – iyo ka caawinta horumarinta cashirada tababbarka (Training Materials).
· Diyaarinta warbixino degdeg ah (Ad-hoc Reports) iyo soo bandhigista xogta dhammaystiran.
· Kala shaqeynta Machadka tabbabarka Shaqalaha Dowaladda (SMPA) siinta tabbabar joogta ah shaqaalaha Rayidka Dowllada.

✅ Qualifications
Waxbarashada (Education)
· Ugu yaraan shahaado jaamacadeed heerka koowaad (bachelor’s degree) oo ku saabsan Maareynta Maamulka Shaqaalaha (Human Resource Management), Maamulka Guud (Public Administration), ama culuum la xiriirta, oo laga qaatay jaamacad la aqoonsan yahay.
· Shahaadada Heerka 2aad (master’s degree) waxay noqon doontaa faa’iido dheeraad ah (Added Advantage).
✅ Khibrad shaqo (Experience)
