INVITATION FOR OPEN TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTER IN BUHODLE TOWN.

Nordic International Support Foundation (NIS) is looking for qualified bidders/contractors to undertake the construction of community resource center in
Buhodle town which once completed will serve as a multipurpose community public facility including as a social meeting space in bringing people together among other
functions and purposes. Therefore, all interested bidders/contractors are hereby requested to submit their duly completed bids/applications together with the support
documentation listed below and other requirements for consideration:

1. Licences/Registrations: All bidders/contractors should submit a:
   ✓ Valid registration certificate or operating license / permits etc. issued by the relevant local authority such as the ministry or the department of public works.
   ✓ Tax compliance certificate: All bidders/contractors should submit evidence of valid tax compliance certificate issued by the relevant local authority such as the ministry of finance / inland revenue department / tax office, etc.
   Note 1: All submitted documentation / registrations will be shared back with the relevant issuing authorities for verification / clearance purposes. Those who fail to submit a valid/genuine registration will not be considered in the next stages of the bid analysis, evaluation process.
   ✓ Statement of ownership: All bidders/contractors shall submit a signed public notary document stating the ownership of the company including a list of full names, positions held in the company, number of shares owned and their individual contact details.
2. Similar Previous or Relevant Experiences in construction work: All bidders/contractors should fill in the below table with details of three (3) most relevant previously completed contracts in construction-related work/activities with monetary value worth each of USD 100,000 to 200,000 and/or above. All bidders/contractors shall attach copies of the three construction-related contracts implemented by their company in the last (7) years with funding from international non-governmental organizations (I-NGOs) or UN agencies. Any contracts with monetary value below USD 100,000 will not be considered in the NIS evaluation matrix. Please attach only copies of the three (3) most relevant contracts for NIS consideration / evaluation process.
