About the Internships
The MIDA FINNSOM Phase II Project is offering two competitive internship opportunities for recent graduates from the Faculty of Education at SNU. These internships aim to support the faculty in advancing teacher education and strengthening institutional systems.
Position Details
1. Curriculum Development Intern
• Review and update course outlines and learning materials.
• Align teacher training with national education standards.
• Assist in updating the Faculty Handbook and website content.
2. Capacity Building Intern
• Assist in organizing training sessions and logistics.
• Support academic/administrative planning and stakeholder coordination.
• Contribute to internal resource development (e.g., Faculty Handbook).
Eligibility Criteria
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Skills:
o Strong interest in curriculum or institutional development
o Organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities
o Proficiency in English and Somali
• Experience: Previous work experience is a plus but not required.
