Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Commodity Tracking and Reporting Systems Oversight
- Manage and coordinate the use of CTS, LMMS, ITS, and SCOPE systems.
- Ensure all data entries are timely, accurate, and reflect actual distributions.
- Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with relevant IT and program teams.
- Maintain full documentation and audit trail of all commodity transactions.
2. Compliance and Verification
- Conduct regular reviews of field-level commodity reports, including CSR, RSR, LSR.
- Reconcile reports with supporting documentation (e.g., waybills, loss reports, DCVR).
- Ensure that physical stock balances match reported figures through inventory verification.
- Maintain signed hardcopies of all reports for compliance and audit readiness.
3. Capacity Building and Field Support
- Provide training to field teams and CTS Assistants on system usage and compliance standards.
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled field visits to monitor program activities and reporting.
- Provide technical support and on-the-job coaching during field deployments.
4. Stakeholder Coordination and Reporting
- Organize and participate in monthly coordination meetings with stakeholders (WFP, UNHCR, etc.).
- Ensure the timely submission of required reports and invoices to both internal departments and external partners.
- Submit Commodity Summary Statements (CSS) and monthly distribution invoices in line with WV and donor standards.
