Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Healthcare Assistant, located in Mogadishu with some work from home flexibility. The Healthcare Assistant will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting healthcare professionals with clinical tasks, supporting patients with their daily activities, and ensuring safety and well-being. Day-to-day tasks will include manual handling, monitoring patient conditions, administering medicine as instructed, and maintaining health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Manual Handling and Health & Safety procedures
- Strong Patient Care skills
- Knowledge of Medicine and clinical practices
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work both onsite in Mogadishu and remotely
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial
- Relevant certifications or a degree in healthcare or a related field
