Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Developer located in Hargeisa. The Full Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying software applications. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications, and continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of database management systems and SQL
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
- Experience in educational technology or a related field is a plus
