Swisso-Kalmo is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team! If you have experience in financial management, budgeting, and compliance within the humanitarian or nonprofit sector, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
✅ Ensure compliance with donor and government regulations
✅ Manage financial risks and implement internal controls
✅ Supervise finance staff and support capacity building
Requirements:
✔️ Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
✔️ Proven experience in financial management (preferably in INGOs)
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔️ Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting
