The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing brand visibility and conversions through strategic digital media, especially TikTok and Facebook. You’ll help us fill seats in our SkillUp Academy by designing, executing, and tracking impactful marketing campaigns.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Execute digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram (and more!)
• Design creative content, graphics, and short-form videos that drive engagement and sign-ups
• Analyze campaign performance across channels and provide regular reports
• Experiment with SEO/SEM techniques and growth strategies
• Collaborate with our communications team and program managers

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in marketing, media, or communication (students welcome!)
• Strong skills in TikTok and Facebook — high followers and good views are a big plus
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or any design tool
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital analytics
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong storytelling and communication skills
