Job Summary
As the Digital Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving the digital marketing initiatives that accelerate the growth of Tawakal Express in the competitive remittance sector. This role involves developing and executing digital campaigns, optimizing online channels, and using data-driven insights to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall business performance. You will play a key role in expanding Tawakal’s digital footprint and enhancing its online presence across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1 Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all digital channels.
• Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, paid search, SEO, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.
• Identify new opportunities for digital growth by analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
2 Campaign Management & Optimization
• Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
• Optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI, increasing lead generation, conversions, and customer lifetime value.
• Use data analytics to monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments for continuous improvement.
3 SEO & SEM Strategy
• Lead SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website, ensuring that Tawakal Express appears prominently in relevant search results.
• Manage SEM (Google Ads) campaigns to generate high-quality leads, ensuring an effective budget allocation and bid strategy for maximum visibility.
4 Content Marketing & Engagement
• Develop content strategies that resonate with target audiences, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling digital content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
5 Data Analysis & Reporting
• Track and analyze digital marketing metrics such as website traffic, lead conversion, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI).
• Provide regular reports on digital campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and ad creatives.
6 Customer Journey & User Experience
• Analyze the customer journey across digital touchpoints to identify opportunities for improving user experience and enhancing customer satisfaction.
7 Collaboration & Cross-functional Leadership
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and business development teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Lead digital growth initiatives and collaborate with the Head of Marketing to ensure consistency in brand messaging and campaign execution.
8 Innovation & Trend Monitoring
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and fintech to ensure Tawakal Express remains at the forefront of digital growth in the remittance industry.
• Propose innovative digital strategies to enhance Tawakal Express’ online presence and market competitiveness.
Skills & Qualifications
· Must-Have
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or online business development within the fintech, remittance, or financial services sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital growth strategies that drive significant customer acquisition and engagement.
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, paid search, display ads, content marketing, and social media management.
• Proficient with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
• Data-driven with excellent skills in analyzing marketing metrics and extracting actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
• Experience in managing budgets and optimizing digital spend for maximum ROI.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and ideas in a clear, concise manner.
· Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or Master’s degree or relevant certifications in digital marketing, data analytics, or fintech is a plus.
• Experience in the remittance, fintech, or cross-border payments industries.
• Familiarity with mobile money and digital payments platforms.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
