Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Mogadishu. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
