Job Description

Background:

The consultant will be reporting to Human Resources Business Partner of the Regional Office, and will be supported by Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Analyst, who will be the point of contact on the contract and payment issues.
Description of Responsibilities /Scope of Work

The consultant will provide longlisting service of position assigned. Report of longlisted candidates for each assigned post to be submitted within 7 days after the closing date of the job advertisement.

The service will be rendered on “on call” basis.  UN Women does not warrant that the maximum of contract amount will be purchased during the term of the Agreement.

Required Qualifications

Education and Certification:
•   Master’s Degree in Arts, Gender Studies, International Human Rights, Human Resources or related fields
•   A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.

Experience:
•    At least 1 year of work experience in processing national or international recruitment, in particular longlisting and/or shortlisting candidates.
•    Working experience with the UN is an asset.
•    Experience with HR Software (e.g. ERP, Quantum) is an asset.

Languages:
•    Fluency in English is required.
•    Knowledge of [French] or [Spanish] or any other UN official is an asset.
