About the Role
As a General Manager and Business Developer, you will play a key leadership role in establishing and growing our gaming center. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive strategic initiatives to expand the business. As a co-founder, you will share a vested interest in the success of the business and work collaboratively to achieve long-term growth and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- General Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the gaming center and juice bar, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage and lead staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and maintain gaming equipment and juice bar inventory to ensure high-quality standards.
- Handle customer relations, addressing feedback and resolving complaints promptly.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including partnerships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including organizing tournaments, events, and loyalty programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to refine offerings and stay competitive.
- Prepare and present business reports, budgets, and financial projections.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in business development, management, or a related field. Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Leadership Skills: Strong team management and decision-making abilities.
Business Acumen: Excellent understanding of business operations, finance, and strategic planning.
Marketing Expertise: Proven ability to create and implement successful marketing and sales strategies. (preferred but not required)
Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with gaming equipment, trends, and basic technical troubleshooting is an advantage.

Pay range and compensation package
As a co-founder, the General Manager & Business Developer will have the opportunity to share in the company’s profits and equity. Specific terms will be discussed during the interview process.
