Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) located in Mogadishu. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing financial planning and budgeting, spearheading strategic business planning, driving sales and revenue growth, and ensuring the effective implementation of our programs. The CEO will lead our team to achieve our mission and objectives while building strong relationships with stakeholders and the community. Additionally, the CEO will work on enhancing the organizational culture and fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.
The CEO will work in a partner company, related to Tech and Media.
Qualifications
- Finance and Operations Management skills
- Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
- Proven ability in Sales and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the development sector or related fields is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in ICT Management, Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.
