Puntland University of Science and Technology (PUST) is a recognized public university in Galkayo, Puntland, Somalia. It was established in 2004, with the name of Puntland State University (PSU) by intellectuals and scholars from the region with the aim of establishing credible and strong tertiary education institute capable of providing quality education, training, and research services to the betterment of the community and region at large. It is recognized and supported by the Puntland Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
