Catholic Relief Services ( CRS ) is the official international humanitarian agency of the Catholic community in the United States. We alleviate suffering and provide assistance to people in need in more than 100 countries, without regard to race, belief or nationality. CRS maintains strict standards of efficiency, accountability and transparency. Last year, more than 92 percent of revenues spent went directly to programs that benefit the poor overseas.
