Marketing Specialist

Gool Solutions is looking for a motivated and persuasive Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to promote our software products, communicate directly with potential clients, and help them understand how our tools can improve their business operations. You’ll play a key role in growing our customer base and building strong, trust-based relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote the features and benefits of our software products
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings
• Generate leads, schedule product demos, and follow up on client interest
• Educate and persuade customers about the value of our solutions
• Collaborate with the product and sales teams to improve the overall customer journey

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in both Somali and English
• Experience in marketing, sales, or customer support preferably in tech or software
• Confident in explaining complex ideas clearly and persuasively
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (social media, email marketing, etc.)
• A passion for technology and innovation
• Ability to work independently and deliver on goals
