Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Creative Director role based in Mogadishu. The Creative Director will lead the creative vision for projects, overseeing the development of branding strategies, creative campaigns, and visual storytelling. Responsibilities include managing a team of designers and strategists, conceptualizing ideas, and ensuring alignment with client objectives. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, contributing to creative strategy, and guiding the artistic direction of all deliverables.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy, with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative ideas
- Proficiency in Branding and Art Direction to develop compelling brand narratives and visual identities
- Experience with Graphic Design and an eye for detail in aesthetic and functional design elements
- Leadership and team management abilities to inspire and guide creative teams effectively
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams and client projects
- A degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related creative field is preferred
- Experience in market research and integrating insights into creative strategies is a plus
