This prestigious project, designed to UAE’s 5-star classification, will revolutionize the region’s hospitality and retail industry. Key Responsibilities:
✔ Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, rate analyses, and tender documents.
✔ Calculate the quantities of all materials and prepare comprehensive material log sheets.
✔ Prepare payment invoices/certificates and follow up with clients for approval and processing.
✔ Review and certify subcontractor payment invoices accurately.
✔ Manage contracts, procurement processes, and negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
✔ Monitor project costs, track variations, and provide timely financial and progress reports.
✔ Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective operations.
✔ Ensure full compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
✔ Conduct risk assessments and apply value engineering to optimize project expenditures.
✔ Support smooth project delivery by forecasting costs and managing cash flow efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
✔ Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in building or infrastructure projects.
✔ Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and procurement.
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., CostX, Candy, or similar).
✔ Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
✔ High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
✔ Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced project environment.
